Dear new member,
Welcome to the online home of Britain's Mind-Body-Spirit community (though, of course, you don't have to be British to become a member), and the epicentre of the psychic web!
So what exactly can you do here?
You can connect up and exchange information, ideas and opinions with other people who share your interest in the topics covered here. However, if the conversation strays into other areas - current affairs, literature, philosophy, pop music or whatever - that's okay too. This is a social network, after all, so please feel free to socialize. Remember, everyone here is a joiner.
You can do all kinds of nifty things here. You can post and reply to messages, share photos, videos and music files. You can take part in discussions, talk with other members in private chat etc. You can also read articles, test your psychic skills, read your horoscope and more.
So please make yourself at home and participate in whichever activities you find interesting. Above all don't be afraid to introduce yourself to and interact with other members. In the words of William Butler Yeats, "There are no strangers here, only friends you haven't yet met."

Bee Gee Barry Gibb says his dead brothers have appeared to him
The last surviving member of the Bee Gees revealed he has experienced life-after-death visions of his brothers Robin and Maurice Gibb.
Barry Gibb says he and his wife Linda have been left deeply disturbed by the manifestations but they have left him questioning whether there is an afterlife.
"It’s not fun because you’re not quite sure what it was about. If it was real. I saw Robin and my wife saw Andy. Maybe it’s a memory producing itself outside your conscious mind or maybe its real," he said.
Barry says his brothers' deaths had a devastating effect on those left behind.
"The biggest question of all is: is there life after death? I’d like to know."

EgyptAir Flight Stewardess Posted Prophetic Image On Facebook Before Crash
EgyptAir Flight MS804 flight attendant, Samar Ezz Eldin (photo inset), who is believed to have died in the tragic crash on May 19, had this prophetic image (above) of a plane crash in her Facebook profile album. The image appears to show a plane with its nose in the sea as an air stewardess emerges from the water apparently unharmed.
At the time of publication, the search for the doomed plane is ongoing, and there is no there is no evidence to suggest that Ezz Eldin had anything to do with the airliner’s crash. However, many aviation experts have raised the possibility that Flight MS804 could have been brought down by a member of the crew. In 2015, Germanwings co-pilot Andreas Lubitz deliberately crashed an Airbus A320 into the side of a mountain, killing all killing all 150 passengers and crew on board.
However, if it turns out that Ezz Eldin had nothing to do with the EgyptAir crash, it will mean that she inadvertently posted an image that would turn out to be eerily predictive. Except that, sadly, she will not be emerging from the water unscathed.

U.S. Government Approves Research Into Raising the Dead
It sounds like the logline from the recent sci-fi horror movie, The Lazarus Effect. But the story coming out of Bioquark Inc. is real. The biotechnology company is moving ahead with a groundbreaking experiment to reanimate the nervous systems of 20 clinically brain-dead patients.
With approval from the Institutional Review Board at the United States National Institutes of Health in the U.S., the ReAnima Project will begin recruiting patients who are all but clinically dead due to traumatic brain injury. With cooperation from their families, these patients will be kept alive by machines and administered a series of procedures meant to kickstart cellular regeneration.
CEO, Dr. Ira Pastor, hopes to prove the cells of human brains are as adaptable as those of salamanders, which can regrow limbs.
“This represents the first trial of its kind and another step towards the eventual reversal of death in our lifetime,” Pastor said. “To undertake such a complex initiative, we are combining biologic regenerative medicine tools with other existing medical devices typically used for stimulation of the central nervous system, in patients with other severe disorders of consciousness.”
Phase 1 of the project is a proof-of-concept study called “First In Human Neuro-Regeneration & Neuro-Reanimation.” For a six-week period in Anupam Hospital in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand India, scientists will administer peptides into the patients’ spinal cords. The next treatment will involve injecting stem cells into the brain. Then Bioquark will use transcranial laser therapy and nerve stimulation.
Researchers hope this combination of treatments will trigger cell regeneration in brains that have otherwise shut down all functioning.
But not everyone is convinced the treatment will work — or that it is even possible to regenerate dead brains. Dr. Dean Burnett, a neuroscientist at Cardiff University’s Centre for Medical Education, made the following comment:
“While there have been numerous demonstrations in recent years that the human brain and nervous system may not be as fixed and irreparable as is typically assumed, the idea that brain death could be easily reversed seems very far-fetched, given our current abilities and understanding of neuroscience. Saving individual parts might be helpful but it’s a long way from resurrecting a whole working brain, in a functional, undamaged state.”
However, even if the treatment fails, researchers believe their findings will provide valuable knowledge. According to Dr. Sergei Paylian, founder, president, and Chief Science Officer of Bioquark Inc.:
“Through our study, we will gain unique insights into the state of human brain death, which will have important connections to future therapeutic development for other severe disorders of consciousness, such as coma, and the vegetative and minimally conscious states, as well as a range of degenerative CNS conditions, including Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.”

Carers Refuse to Make House Calls to "UK's Most Haunted Inn"
The Ram Inn, built in 1145 on an old pagan burial site, is reputed to be the most haunted inn in Britain.
The inn is mentioned in the Domesday Book.
The Bishop’s Room is apparently the most haunted room in the building. The owner, John Humphries, always knocks before entering, and never sleeps there himself.
John recently broke his leg and needs home help, but professional carers are reluctant to visit the inn after dark.
After some discussion and fee negotiation they have now agreed to visit him, but only in pairs.
“So what’s happened is that we have agreed with the organisation that we can bring two in, and obviously we’ve been funding that, too, because it’s a haunted house. I can’t argue with them," John's daughter, Caroline (inset, above), told ITV News.
Caroline – who is too scared to live at the Inn herself – says the frightening atmosphere is very real.
When asked whether she would spend the night there she replied: “I did once, and won’t ever again. People get a strong presence on their chest and can’t get out of bed. I experience furniture being dragged around understand – a really heavy, loud, laborious dragging noise."
