    • Access to your Google Calendar (only if you choose to connect it)

For Regular Users:

  • No personal data is collected. Simply browsing the directory does not require providing any information.

For Registered Practitioners:

  • To create and manage your profile on UKPsychics
  • To schedule and manage bookings with clients
  • To sync your appointments with your personal Google Calendar (only if authorized)
  • To improve our services and provide support

We do not share practitioner information with third parties, except as necessary for calendar synchronization or to comply with legal obligations.

3. Google Calendar API Use

Only registered practitioners who choose to connect their calendar use this feature.

  • The Google Calendar API is used exclusively to synchronize appointments with your calendar.
  • We do not access, store, or share private events beyond what is necessary for the booking system to function.
  • All data is handled securely, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

User Consent:
By connecting your Google Calendar, you consent to this access. You can revoke this permission at any time through your Google account settings.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Login sessions for registered practitioners to access and manage their profile.
  • No tracking cookies are used for regular users beyond essential website functionality.
